With more than 14 years of experience as project manager and a background as SW developer I am a perfect adviser and link between the business and IT-department (developers).

I am used to work with SW projects from the early idea stage to development, and deployment, then ongoing maintenance and improvements.

As a project manager I work with:
-- Thorough requirement clarification and definition assuring that all the customer/business needs are covered and understood by the developers.
-- Project planning based on estimates committed by the develops.
-- On going prioritization, coordination and follow up on tasks, as well as progress and status reporting
-- Planning and coordinating testing and bug-fixing activities to assure product quality
-- Coordinating with operations team and the rest of the support organization to make sure all are prepared to take the system into production, service it and its users.

I am used to work with systems where user-friendliness, performance, reliability and security are paramount requirements.
